Like so many other swedes I grew up with Evert Taubes songs, in a time when people did not frequently listened to radio, but when they also sang themself.
This website, on the Internet since 1996, is my way of showing my deepest appreciation of Taubes deeds and work, for all joy, inspiration, happiness och sentimental tears his songs gave me, in Sri Lankas jungles, in the lowweld of Zimbabwe, in austrian alps and in the deep forests of Finland where Taubes songs followed my as a companion me in work and feast.
